1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Presenter Flow ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (images, videos, lyrics, notes). You grant us a limited licence to store and serve that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any copyrighted lyrics or media you display — including obtaining a CCLI (or equivalent) licence where required.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; to attempt to break into other accounts; or to interfere with normal operation of the Service.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or your local network may interrupt service.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
