How Presenter Flow Works

Use File → New Song or Library → Import Worship Pack to populate your library. Drag songs into the active playlist on the left. Edit lyrics in the centre grid; click any slide to make it active.

Open File → New Scripture and type a reference like John 3:16. Presenter Flow ships with NLT, ESV, NKJV, NIV, KJV, NASB and more — they download automatically the first time you open the app.

Select any slide and use the right-hand Inspector → Background panel to set a solid colour, gradient, image, or video background. Upload your own images or videos — they are stored in your account and persist across sessions. Use Apply to all slides to set a single background for the whole song.

Click AI Studio in the top-right to split pasted lyrics into slides, look up scripture, generate a colour theme from a description, translate slides, or tighten up wordy text.

Press F5 or click Open Output to open the projector window on your second screen. Double-click any slide in the centre grid to push it live. Use ← /→ to navigate, B for blackout, L for logo, Z to freeze.

Use File → Export current slide (PNG) to save the active slide as a high-resolution image, or File → Export presentation (PDF) to save the whole song as a multi-page PDF. Great for printing handouts or sharing previews with your team.

Sign in with email or Google. Your library, playlists, and theme settings are saved to your account automatically — sign in from any device to pick up where you left off.
